The trial begins on the date of the booking and cannot be extended.

**Gym B — Ironwood Fitness** Offers a single two-hour trial session rather than a week. A member of staff accompanies the visitor through a structured introduction to the equipment, and there is no obligation to commit afterwards. Trial sessions must be booked online at least two days in advance and take place on weekday mornings only, when the gym is quieter. There is no age restriction, but under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

**Gym C — Waterline Studio** A specialist aquatic centre without a conventional gym floor. Waterline offers a one-off trial class in any of its three pool-based programmes (aquafit, technique-focused swim coaching, or gentle pool exercise for older adults). Trial classes cost £8, refundable if the visitor joins within seven days. Trials must be booked through the studio's website; booking is not accepted at the pool itself.
