**Service B — Meadowgate Home** No delivery fee on orders of £60 or more; £5 on orders below this amount. Three-hour delivery slots on weekdays only, between 10 am and 7 pm. A £25 annual membership removes the small-order charge entirely and gives customers priority booking during busy periods such as Christmas.

**Service C — Freshline** Free delivery on all orders, but only to addresses within six miles of a Freshline store. Next-day delivery only; slots open for booking seven days in advance. Customers can approve or reject proposed substitutions by text message before the driver leaves the store.

**Service D — Harvest Box** Weekly subscription service, £38 per box, delivered on a fixed day chosen by the customer. The box contains a rotating selection of fruit, vegetables, bread and dairy, with no choice of individual items. The weekly contents are listed on the website by the preceding Friday. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time with one week's notice.
